COMMUNICATE

Communication is extremely important in how the club runs and is seen by the community, from the coaches to the players, from the great work the volunteers do for their teams, from the committee to all it’s members.

DISCIPLINE

This is a value that the coaches try to instil in their players for game days and training nights and is instrumental in how a team behaves whilst playing.  We know that people/players may not be happy with some decisions but that is part and parcel of playing football.  And we must have the discipline not to go ‘overboard’ with our behaviour.  

CLUB VALUES

RESPECT

As a club we expect this for and from our players, coaches, volunteers, and parents at ALL times, games days and training nights.  The saying of ‘think before you speak’ should be upper most in people’s minds.  Words can hurt, they can also lead to confrontation.  This is Junior Football, let the kids play and enjoy themselves, it’s not AFL.

At the Jets we are a family club, providing a place where people can come and feel safe, be included and are always welcome.  It is something we pride ourselves on.
